Patrolling and Ambulance Services
At Skylark, we recognize the immense importance of round-the-clock availability of powerful and well-equipped patrolling services. That is exactly why we also provide total route patrolling solutions along with emergency and ambulance services that come with our very own trained staff on hire-charge basis to all our clients. Patrolling vehicles, ambulances and cranes are essential for not only smooth but safe functioning of a toll plaza. Our commitment to total road safety is evident through our heavy investment in a fleet of world-class ambulances, patrolling vehicles, and cranes.
These patrolling vehicles and ambulances are operated by trained manpower that also manage the control rooms and handle any emergency that might take place. We understand that providing route patrolling is not just about providing vehicles, it also includes providing trained manpower and equipments that are fitted in the vehicles. Our RPV's are fully loaded with fire extinguishers, gas cutters, rubber gloves, leather gloves, towing chain, digital and video camera, wireless sets, flags, whistle, signboards, reflective jackets, hydraulic jacks etc.
Each of our ambulances is managed by:
» Driver-trained for first-aid
» Nursing Staff- experienced diploma holders in general nursing
» Paramedical staff- experienced B.Sc. (Nursing Degree) staff
Our Ambulances are fitted with equipments like:
Suction machine, oxygen cylinder with regulator and accessories, trauma stretcher with scoop to spiral injuries, IV stand/hook for IV lines, cabinets for medicine, blankets etc.
All necessary medicines and first aid kits are available in the ambulance.
Each of our cranes is 15MT.
To manage the operations we have Control Room Officers, Route Patrolling Officers, Assistant Route Patrolling Officers, Chief Medical Officer, Medical Assistants, Crane Operators and Drivers.
Scope of Services (unrestricted):
» Provide highway users with basic mechanical help for vehicles that might break down on the National Highway Section, and provide detouring routes or other necessary help to other vehicles so as to ensure continued flow of traffic and prevent jams.
» Immediately identify traffic hazards of all types and natures, such as unauthorized parking, public transport vehicles obstructing traffic during passenger loading and unloading, debris, stray animals, and the like.
» Provide emergency management at accident scenes until such time as the appropriate authorities arrive.
» Assist with the removal of damaged or mechanically impaired vehicles from the highway.
» Provide road user information and to further the image of the National Highway section in a professional and friendly manner.
» Maintain daily records of assistance provided to motorists.
» Observe, record and report suspiciousness of any kind on the highway, hazards, and incidental damage caused by vehicles, floods, storms, or other natural random events, and update highway maintenance records regularly.
» Check, report and remove all the encroachments made by the public in ROW of National Highway.
