Recruitment Services

Once a candidate clears all the above, he becomes eligible for our rigorous in-house training sessions without clearing which a candidate may not be able to be eligible to serve at our Toll Plaza.

Training Services

The new-hire training is a systematic process of:
» 3-day basic training including Firefighting, First-Aid, Emergency Response, Computer Training and Customer Service Skills training followed by
» 7-day hands-on, job specific training.
» OJT is carried out every 2 months, Regular refresher training courses every 6 months

This training is imparted by experienced trainers from USA, Canada, and India. Our toll manpower training curriculum includes the following:

» Field Visits to Various Toll Plazas
» Imparting training in the various aspects of traffic management systems
